KL Mountainshop was an omni-channel high-performance outdoor gear and apparel e-tailer that carried many popular brands like Patagonia, Mountain Hardwear, Burton, Black Diamond and Cloudveil before ultimately becoming an exclusive North Face preferred specialty store with locations in Vermont and an online presence that served the Continental U.S. I developed the branding, designed multiple iterations of the responsive e-commerce website, designed email and print advertising campaigns and managed the multiple teams of contracted developers who supported us. I managed platform transition from Magento to Volusion before becoming one of the initial pilot projects for Mozu / Kibo, a SAAS platform with a responsive CMS. We partnered with eBridge to keep our inventory synced between brick and mortar stores and the online store, SideCar to employ machine learning to manage our marketing campaigns dynamically, and MailChimp for our e-mail marketing campaigns.
